Bacchanal Buffet - Caesars Palace, LV
We wanted to try for a long time one of the buffet in Vegas, which they have almost in evevry hotels. During a previous visit we saw a lot of people going for the Bacchanal buffet at the Caesars palace and were curious to try this one, which is often selected as one of the top buffets in Vegas.
We were lucky, we arrived on the saturday morning there around 11am and there was almsot no line (which is not usual at this buffet). We did not made a reservation so we were happy to not have to wait too long to have a table. When we went it was the "brunch" selection, so you have a lot of sweet but also lunch food. The price when we went was around $55 per person (tax included but not the tip), with unlimited beverages (champagne included).
We were amazed but the amount of choice there and the really nice presentation. Each family of food/cuisine has it's own litttle spot with decoration and ambiance that match the type of food. One of the most popular section was definitely the seafood one, the crab fan that I am was delighted to find some stone crabs there and "langoustines".
One other spot we were fan of (as French as we are) was the "charcuterie" with an amazing selection of saucissons and hams, really really good (I even went twice there).
Just be ready to spend the rest of your day with a full belly, so don't plan something to crazy to do after the buffet because you will have difficulties to move yourself around!
